This card is great for New Yorkers who ride the local bus and subway and who live within the 5 boroughs. As long as you continue to participate in the program, the Annual Transit Card works for one calendar month at a time for up to twelve consecutive months. After each twelve-month period, we’ll automatically send you a brand new card to cover the next twelve months.


Replacement is easy. Just call 833-584-8109 or log into your account to tell us you've lost your card. You can choose to have a replacement card mailed to your home or schedule a time to visit our Walk-in Service Center. If you request a replacement card by 3:00 PM, your card can be replaced at our Walk-in Service Center that same day.



THE WALK-IN-CENTER IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Due to increasing concerns over COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily closing the walk-in-center. All replacement Annual Transit Cards will be mailed via expedited shipping.


Here is how you can request a replacement Annual Transit Card:

  • Call our Customer Service at 833-584-8109
  • Log into your Edenred commuter benefits account and request a replacement under "Order History"
