Card Details
This card is great for New Yorkers who ride the local bus and subway and who live within the 5 boroughs. As long as you continue to participate in the program, the Annual Transit Card works for one calendar month at a time for up to twelve consecutive months. After each twelve-month period, we’ll automatically send you a brand new card to cover the next twelve months.
Replacement is easy. Just call 833-584-8109 or log into your account to tell us you've lost your card. You can choose to have a replacement card mailed to your home or schedule a time to visit our Walk-in Service Center. If you request a replacement card by 3:00 PM, your card can be replaced at our Walk-in Service Center that same day.

COVID-19 Restrictions
- Visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering in all common areas of the facility
- Entrance doors will be open during peak entry periods to provide a touchless entry
- For social distancing, see-through protective screens have been installed at each manned station
- All public areas have been cleaned and disinfected in strict adherence with the CDC guidelines and product recommendations

- Driver's license or state non-driver's ID card
- U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
- Employee ID card issued by the participant's City agency, provided it contains the agency name and a photograph.
